With a background in photography and a love of printmaking, Gail’s influences come from abstractions in nature and the landscape.

Informed by her photographer’s eye, her work is primarily process-led and intuitive. Her imagery is often quiet and reflective with light and shadow playing an important role.

Working in mixed media, including experimental printmaking, alternative photography, mark-making, textile and collage.

Gail is based by the coast of Chichester Harbour, West Sussex, working from her home studio with her rescue greyhound, Rita.
